Applicants can receive their instructions to report for testing right over their smart phone with our paperless tracking system. Consortium are handled by experienced industry team members that will assist you with your compliance needs.
Non DOT
Fundamental can provide Non DOT testing per your companies policy. Non DOT panels are standard to mock the 5 panel DOT drug screening but can also be customized to your preference.
DOT
Fundamental will abide by all DOT Federal Regulations for drug screening listed within Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 40, commonly known as "Part 40". These rules are published and governed by the Department of Transportation, ODAPC (Office of Drug & Alcohol Policy & Compliance).
Electronic Scheduling
You can easily schedule the applicants drug screening appointment while starting your screening process. After you enter your applicant’s information into our system, you will prompted to either schedule the testing now or schedule later. You will be able to select your testing site and date of testing in three easy steps. There is no need to log into another site. The entire entry of the screening process can be completed in one easy step.
Electronic Forms
All drug screening is automated allowing for better management of forms and access to clear, easy to read information. Your applicant can provide their own screening information through our SwiftHire App or you can enter the information from your office. Your applicant can receive their electronic authorization form via email. The applicant would simply present their electronic authorization form to the Collection site of choice, in which a barcode is provided and easily tracked from the testing site to our system.
Paper Custody and Control Forms
Forms are still available and can be provided to client to provide to a candidate testing. Donors would need to take the form in with an authorization form to be able to perform testing.
